Gouritz MTB Relay

Gouritz Biosphere- Our River ▪ Our Region ▪ Our Future

Cycle over 3 mountains in 3 days, the Langeberge, the Rooiberge and the Outeniqua berge. An exciting new Non Technical MTB Stage Event that will be the 1st weekend in December each year. Although it is not a technical mountain bike event, the distance each day will test you. But, if you choose not to do or do not want to do the full distance each day, you can share it with your friend or company in a Relay Team. It will be great training for the Epic or any other Stage event you are planning to do the next year. Or just a great event to share with your company or friends by sharing he distance each day. This event is a great way of ending the year where you will get spoiled each day with a massage, great food and great hospitality of the lodges in the Country of the Southern Cape. By taking part in the Tour de Gouritz Biosphere Mountain Bike Event you support our work and bring us closer to a sustainable world! With the Tour de Gouritz Biosphere you will cross the Gouritz River a few times on Day 1.

Tour de Gouritz Biosphere MTB

Crossing 3 mountains over 3 days, the Langeberge, Rooiberge and the Outeniqua Berge. See the best of the Gouritz Biosphere Cluster by doing a MTB event, each day in a different area, different lodge / guest house. The launch of the Inaugural MTB in 2017 will be a 3 day MTB.
